82 911sc Targa with 993 body kit value ?
Any one have any idea what this would be worth, Looks like new with whale tail,101k mi. clean car fax- no history last owner is in prison. it needs front tires, seens to run strong. I can pick it up for $8500. What do you porsche guys think ?

Seems like a strange combination. We have a saying that every 911 is a $20,000 car. Or, better put it may take $20K to make it right. If you start with an $8,500 car then you only will only need another $11.5K to return it to what it once was.
The big concern to me would be what other crimes against humanity did this previous owner commit? Did he defile the mechanicals too?
Anyway, it's all in the eye of the beholder. Just ignore thoughts of investment potential.
