hi
I am restoring a 1968 2.0S SWB and I have a problem with the Transverse guiding link (Querlenker, 901.341.005.00). According to the Porsche spare parts catalogue this is a special part for the 1968 version and I have not been able to find it new.
Does anyone know where I can find this part / does anyone have a good condition used one for sale?
Does anyone know if I can use the transverse guiding link from another year, e.g. 1965-1967 or 1969-1973 and just change the "rubber buffer"?
I am very grateful for any suggestions.
thanks in advance
mikael
Ps. see also the two pictures attached.
Any ideas on where I can find the "transverse guiding link" (no 4) which has the bushings mounted on the part.
As shown on the other picture for 1969, the transverse guiding link (no 23), these bushings (no 20 and 25) are separate parts.
If I would get a 1969 version instead, would I then also need to change part no 1 (as the connection to the transverse guiding link appears to be different)
