Sweet car. Over enthusiastic description...and price. I think 230hp is a bit of a stretch as well, but it's a nice car regardless. My '73S had all of those options and more. Not quite as "rare" as described.

A little north of reality...... No offense to Calif. dudes, but why are all the optimistically priced cars on the West Coast?

All of the cars I like are optimistically priced...regardless of where they are. My freshman year in college a buddy and I sat on campus and he said(looking at the coeds)..."I feel like a three year old in a candy store, all I've ever wanted is right in front of me and I am just a little short to reach the bottom shelf" Story of my life.

Sure is very nice! Being in socal, I know the shops the ad mentions, they are very well respected. But come on, the auction is so over-priced, especially in this economy.
Not sure why the rebuild cost $25K and then to open it up just 35k miles later to see how it's holding up? "After 35,000 miles we saw absolutely zero ware on any of the engine’s internal parts....Since we had it apart we replaced the rings for G.P. and put the engine back together" I am no expert, but something seems weird, I don't get it. Someone has a lot money to through around....
