16x7 = ET23.3
16x9 = ET15
The Speedlines you referred to won't work without using spacers and you'll probably run into oil line interference on the rear if the Speedlines are 10" wide or more. They appear to be for a 993 which uses wheels with different offset/backspace geometry than a 3.2 Carrera.

Hi Jack:
Thanks for your information. The speedline rear is 10J and ET is 61. Do you think I can use 32mm spacer to bring the ET to 47? ET 47 looks good on my 964 9J at the rear...BTW, waht is the fair market price for 16" 7 & 9J? Are they difficult to find now?
Alfred

Looking at 1.5k and up for 9 x 16 fuchs in good shape, IF you can find them. Took me 2 years on ebay to find a good pair. Good luck! 7 x 16 should be very common and inexpensive.

You will not have a fun time putting 10" wheels with the proper rubber on the back of a 3.2 Carrera body. Springplate bolts, oil lines, fender lips for starters. The 18" diameter and the deep offset will not look right. Just because it works on a 964, does not mean it will on a pre-89. Go to Pelican and search some of the pic threads.
Buying used Fuchs is now a very risky endeavour considering their cost. Even the newest are now 21 years + old. Lots of reports of cracks being found after the proud new owner takes delivery. If I were going to buy unseen, I'd find a way to have a potential purchase checked.
