Test drove an 83 Targa a few days ago. White on black, 115k miles. Top-end, tensioners, targa top, clutch, brakes and tires done. Owners has about 10,000 worth of receipts. The car drove very solid, and tight, the bad..The car needs new fron seats, they are in very bad condition.
The exterior is not perfect, some scratches and dings, but original paint.

Just wanted to get an idea of what you guys think its worth, before i put in an offer.

just drive around with crappy seats till Hershey ... lots available there and definitely driving distance from NC. Price doesn't sound too bad realy. if it checks out on the PPI . If you can get it cheaper, great ..
