I highly recommend rebuilding your 915 tranny. But use the best shop you can find. The 915 transmission is a bullet proof tranny, but in the hands of an idiot, it can become ruined. The G50s are quite nice, but there is nothing wrong with the 915. The only 915s that I have seen that needed rebuilding were those driven by abusive drivers.
