The fine art print of the Maxell ad (like the OP found at Goodwill in 2009) seems to go for a few hundred dollars on eBay if you can find one.
What you posted looks like just the photograph that has been framed, and the white borders trimmed away. That's probably going to be worth a lot less since the print has been ruined.
