i just found a '87 Rose 911 targa that is clean, what would be a fair price for an 80,000 mile car? Also, is Rose or pinl/purple really a color a guy should drive around in? (Just asking as I usually stick to the basics)

From what I have seen, the really nice 87-89 3.2's are selling from $19K - $23K...rose, is that kind of like "pink"

Yeah it is kinda pink/purple, not anywhere near my favorite, but for under $13K it might be worth it.

I just noticed your cars...I too have a trooper and an e-34...and I am looking for a 3.2. Small world.

The trooper is really a low maintanence auto (finding wood to knock on

i too had a trooper once. now, i have a cassis red targa for sale. while the color isn't for everyone, it does get a lot of complements.

here are some details on the car. 1987 cassis red targa:

3 owner car (i purchased it from the 2nd owner in CA). car is now located in NJ. original paint, no accident car.

equipment includes: G50, sport seats, new bilsteins, new dunlop sp8000, new engine gaskets and seals, 16" fuchs, lojack and car alarm.

all scheduled maintenance has been performed, and recent work includes new brake pads, resurfaced rotors, alignment, 60k major and 70k minor service.
