I'm attempting to install an msd 6btm ignition in my supercharged 85 911. I've been trying to figure out which of the trigger wires to use, and were to hook them up. Apparently, my car already comes with an amplified ignition from the factory and the magnetic pickup sensor won't provide enough juice to get the job done..... This complicates things I guess. Has anybody ever done it? If so, did the tach end up working, or did you need an adapter? Any help would me much appreciated.
