Post Headliner...'80SC

I'm going to have the headliner replaced on my '80SC and want to know if both the windshield and rear window have to come out to do this...if so, I want to replace the rubber seals at the same time. Does anybody know the procedures? Thanks in advance...rayjay

I had my headliner replaced, I am not patient enough to do it myseld! Anyway, both front and rear glass need to come out to do it correctly. I suggest you use new Porsche gaskets, the aftermarkets have a bad rap.

Sorry I can't help much with the actualy procedure. I know you will need a helper with the glass though, not just for an extra hand, but it's quite dangerous to handle the glass.
