Default new windshield

Guys we have one in the shop for full repaint, I pulled the windshield and to my horror I found thick blobs of urethane! Needless to say it leaked and we now have extensive A-pillar repair(RUST). Anyway owner wants a new windshield and I need to know where to get one, naturally of course at the best deal available!
Regards,
Kevin

wasn't there a discussion on the $200 windshields vs. the $900 windshields about a year or two ago?

Generally, the more you spend, the easier it goes in. I found that the really inexpensive windshields just weren't formed well and would not fit no matter what you tried. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet.

Stay away from the $200 versions Safelite and others sell. Go to Porsche and order one.
