If Lorenfb's '88 is 2902 pounds and 61% of the weight is over the rear-end how is this going to work? Just take the 2902 and multiply it by .3 (half of the 61%) and the rear scales are going to be holding up 870.6 pounds. The fronts are going to be fine, but the rears, not so much. Am I wrong? For a 750 pound scale to work the 911 could not exceed 2500 pounds.
Good Morning Doug!
Good Point they do sell higher capacity, I just picked the special that was advertised. My Bad
So two of us have to be the sacrifical lamb get the 900 pounders Rusnak?
Usage idea would be to place the all four scales in front of each wheel with a short ramp and drive the car on at the same time.
I am no physics professor but that should do the trick, no?
I was sorta kidding about the bathroom scale idea, but you guys have "scaled it up" to a realistic concept. I think you could get away with two. It would take two passes each time to get your results.
