daily driver is a 1987 toyota p/u 224k miles
wife drives a 98 RAV4
in the garage is a 1974 signal orange 911 coupe (for sale)
and the new addition, 1995 993 speed yellow 40k miles.

I love the truck for a daily driver! Sad thing is the 993 gets better gas mileage

My daily driver is my 84 Carrera Coupe.
On Fridays with a little luck (If she starts...Serious Garage Queen) 82 Ferrari 308 GTS.
My wifes daily driver is her 89 944N/A Coupe.
Still hope to get the 930 by summer to replace the F-car for my Friday car!

For true open air motoring I RIDE a 1983 Moto Guzzi LeMans III.
If I have to make the grinding 2 mile commute to the office, a 1987 VW GTI 16V works perfect.
Otherwise I drive a 1985 3.4L Carrera coupe.

Ughhh, I just posted this reponse on the 993 Forum with the similar question, in error, and someone reamed my out a bit for posting on their forum as I'm not a 993 owner, yet. So here goes:

Are we car freaks or what? My wife will never understand me...
75 Camaro V6(didn't know at the time about V8's!)
72 240z Lime Green, rusty, ugly and fast
72 VW Bug Best handler other that my 911!
71 Camaro V8
75 Volvo Turquoise/Red, Very comfortable car
71 Volvo Died on the way home after buying!
74 2002 I totally restored it. My true love!
87 535is Gold BBS wheels, Perfect
91 Nissan Maxima 5 sp Loved it!
96 Nissan Maxima center column always hit my knee
91 M5 Car lurched with A/C on, sold after 6 mo!
95 740i old man's car but I love it (still own)
88 911 A bear to drive in DC traffic (still own)
99 Jag XK8 Conv Sapphire blue beauty (hers)

I want a 993 Targa or C2S or C4S... one day.
I'm happy for now with my go cart, uh, 88 911.

Oh, that was so much fun. Memory lane is a trip.

Audi's
Audi Quattro is the best alternative to a porsche I have found.
If you live where it is cold and snows or is rainny they cant be beat. I have taken both Audi's to the track at Mid Ohio for DE and I love em.
1997 A4 quattro
1990 90 20 valve quattro.
Fit and finish is remarkable and they are a pleasure to any enthuasist to drive with finness
