Post Sprintime Gushing!!

Just went out and hung out with the Porsche for the first time without freezin my buns off. Two weeks and counting till the launch day from my garage. I feel like an 8 year old in December, two weeks before the holidays but only l;ike ten times more. I feel like such a dork. You guys in warm climates are blessed.

BTY-Wisconsin, it snowed last week.

Yeah, but in the midwest, you value the good weather that much more.

I feel your pain. My car's been hibernating for the last 5 months and I just can't wait to go for a spring drive. The worst thing is that we have +15 celcius weather right now but haven't had any rain to wash off the winter salt - and I will not take her out 'till the streets are clean. I don't think I can take much more!

I know the feeling! The Rats heart is on an engine stand, she has been stripped, primmed, and gets a new coat next week, and I'm trying to find heater boxes to finsh her off, hopefully next weekend. I bought her late last summer, drove her through the fall, and now the anticipation is building like I'm buying it for the first time all over again. May 4th, 140 P-cars touring Northern MA and up to Mt Washington in New Hampshire, and I can't wait! <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />

Gorpon:

I'm near Milwaukee as well. The 72 degrees we had on Thurs. was a treat! With that rain we had earlier in the week and now this warm weather, the cars have really come out!

Yes, Jack, we do really value the warm weather when it finally gets here!

Regards,
Jay
