Can a whale tail be removed?

The tail above as a Carrera tail ... and is well suited to that Body. The Turbo tail wich is much bigger is more suited to the wider back end. I have always heard the turbo tail called the "tea tray"

I only just put a chin spoiler on my car in the past three months - after running DE's for the past 4 years without any spoilers (and Sebring is a fast track)
I think the key is to have a sorted car and learn how to drive it. If you do a rear wing - either duck, tea, turbo or RSR, do the chin at the same time - or YOU WILL get exciting handling at higher speeds. You can do a chin by itself.

actually got it in the used parts section - guy bought it and didn't install it. So to me - 1/2 retail. I looked for a while before this popped up. Came with install kit too.
