Just back and checked up on the book, or at that price should I say The Book. Whewee, good for you, I thought these were going for $400-$500 and I could take your candy away from you little girl. As Pete would say....SHEEESH. $2400 and well sold!! Good for you, congrats.

Greetings, Christian! Yeah, the housing market has really turned ugly. Sales are actually pretty good here, but about 85% of them are short sales or foreclosures. Bakersfield, and probably most of Central CA, is back to 2000-2002 prices.

Maybe it'll get better after CA is divided vertically, and the new East California will need Bakersfield to become the new E.C. capital!
