I have two dates on my car, and is a little bit confused which one is what.

The first one is called "Rechnungsdatum 1: 17-2-92", is this the date of the production date or the order date?

Then I have another date, "Fahrzeug ausgeliefert am: 1-4-92".

Can someone explains what these dates are?

Rechnungsdatum = Date of invoice.
Fahrzeug ausgeliefert am = Vehicle delivered. (maybe)
