Fuch Wheels 9J x 16 for 88 911 Carrera
I need a pair of 9J x 16 911 Fuchs. Must be original forged Fuchs in excellent condition. I'm soliciting the Rennlist brain trust for help in finding these wheels. If you have a pair you want to sell or know someone that does. Email me a description and pics please.
Will also concider a matched set of 4 wheels. Two 7J x 16 and two 9J x 16's. Thanks for your help in advance.

I think that there are several 9" being sold by Targa Dan. Boy are these things expensive!
Here's an excerpt from the 911 Digest:
7-9x16 chrome Fuch poor condition with chrome flaking $1200
7-9x16 Fuch partly polished need repolished vg cond $1600

I would avoid chromed Fuchs, as the chroming process can weaken the underlying metal, or so I've been told.
You just need to keep looking for 9's. I bought mine off a racer not too long ago for $700, however, they were painted yellow and had some nicks/rash on them. Since I use them for the track, that was OK as they were straight, held air, and repaintable. You know you can get new 9's from Wheels Enhancement for $1300. So that should be the top price, and everything else should be lower than that. If you belong to PCA, put a wanted ad in your regions print/online ads. People moving to 17" or 18" Fikse, HRE, or Kinesis want to sell their Fuchs.
