Has anyone converted the rear lap belt only rear seat belts on the 87-88 to the 89's three point? If so, what is the cost/time involved?

Also, do the front seat belts of the 89 have the feature where when you pull the seat belt out to max extension, it locks as it retracts to allow a child seat to be installed without the metal clip?

My '88 has 3-point belts in the rear. What year is yours?

Also, mine does not have the locking mechanism on the front belts.
