I think that's the Osram 2 Watt indicator bulb. You might still be able to get them at your local Kragen Auto Parts, or Checkers where you live.
If not, then Pelican or any German auto parts supplier will surely have them. Tell them it's for gauge illumination. It's a good idea to replace all of them at once because the newer ones may look brighter than the older ones.

I just replaced mine this summer with white LEDs from eBay. I would suggest you NOT do this. Looks great with the white, but isn't bright enough IMO.
So, I just bought 2 sets + a couple of extras from Pelican, they were $1 each for my '84 & a buddy's '84.
Be careful not to drop the bulb down into the gauge. A small magnet will retrieve it on the bench - it's like playing Operation all over again. I did the ones on my buddy's but haven't pulled mine out again yet.
