Is there any way to replace the foam sound deadening padding in the engine compartment with the motor in the car? Mine is falling down all over. i bought a new one before realizing you're supposed to drop the motor. Sort of related, can you replace the dash cover without removing the wind screen?

You can do it with a partial engine drop. That's how I did it. See Pelican.

1. Engine pad. Do with either a partial or complete engine drop. CIS injection makes it easier to tear the new pad, be careful because it can get hung up on parts.

Dash top. Windshield must be removed.
