Funny, with the economy the way it is makes you wonder why they are complaining that they are slow and not have enough work.....maybe they should reduce their hourly rates. If you know what needs to be done I would negotiate a set price. That usually works for me.

I think it works the other way.....in the slow economy, new cars aren't selling well. People are driving their old cars longer, which means more repair work.
