Tail Light problem
My tail and signal lights work just fine on my 1982 sc but when I press the brake pedal the lights dont get brighter, do you think this is the switch or something else?

It sounds like the BLS ( Bake Light Switch ) but when you say "brighter" do you mean when your lights are on the lights do not get brighter or during the day the brake light does not come on?
In anycase some of us have BLS that will always burn out no matter how many times you replace them.
My company has a solution for that. PM and I will give details.
