Default Wind Deflector, Wind Stop, Windschott...Finally got one!

Bargain of the year on Ebay. Picked up a genuine factory Wind Deflector for $20.50.....yep you read right, basically 20 bucks
Fits like a glove, not a mark on it. Looks like it has never been fitted. I have to say I am Stoked.

nyne11,
not a mark? I see a bunch of marks on the left lower corner. I'll pay you $21 for it. You make some profit there
Whata lucky guy. What year is it for? Is it a 993 one? If you see deal like this again, please let me know.

They were actually scuff marks which buffed right out.......so it's got to be worth at least $25.00 now? There is no part No but I have an idea it may be for 964.
I think it would fit any cab up to 89 as the internal dimensions would be the same. My 86 did not have the access plugs fitted in the trim over the electric roof motors so I went down to the local hardware store and found the fitting below in the plumbing section for $8.00. Cut it off to length and it is a perfect fit for the attachment arms.

alright man. $25 bucks. Best purchase ever?

Wait a minute, when you flit your convertible top up, does the deflecter go up with the top or it stay where it is? Looking at one of the arm you mount to the side panel, it look like the deflector stay where it is? I saw 2 same deflectors on carrera already, they install it to convertible verticle arms, so that when the convetible top flit up, the deflector comes up with it and is out of the way for the rear seats to be utilized.
