I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. Anyone remember this scene from Bachelor Party? Took a few minutes on google to find a picture of it, but it was out there. You can find anything on the web.
Congrats on the purchase! Hope it treats you well.

The back end looks a little high. It is very common for the rear shocks to be replaced and the front strut inserts to be original. Boge is the original equipment shocks and struts on most of our cars.
bilsteins are gas charged and can cause the car to sit 3/4 inch higher than before.

This is my first Rennlist post - to say that I am picking up my 88 GP white coupe on Saturday and I am so excited I can't stand myself! The plan is to fly to Houston & drive her back home to Alabama. We'll see if Hurricane Dolly will let us!

It appears that this street pitches away to the left on this shot (pitches to the passenger front) which would exagerate the front end down stance of this car. It's not a level shot of the car and to my eye, exagerates the stance of the car. If that front passenger side wheel is down a bit in a depression in the street, that may even push up the rear drivers side.
However, if you haven't tried a 911 with the stock rear ride height and a slight nose down stance in the front, you should. Have a good tech set the car up right (alignment, everything with in spec) and drop the nose just slightly and it makes quite a bit of difference in road feel, especially at speed and on a 'clean' 911. Both of my 3.2's were dropped about 1 degree in front for a nose down stance by my trusted mechanic. It's a free mod and really helps.
If the car really does have a nose down stance, just leave it. I bet it handles well.
Beautiful car though. Stock, good color, no spoilers...just plain classic.
