I have been a BP gas buyer for years...back when it was still Amoco. About 3 weeks ago here in Maryland, these little advertising socks started appearing on the hoses at the pump, as well as various areas around the gas station. It says "Now with Invigorate" and no explanation of what the hell it is.
So, my friend Google helped me out.
www.bpinvigorate.com
Turns out it's some sort of magic additive that will "enhance my car's performance" and it's "better for my car, better for my driving experience" and "better for the environment."
I'm certain it is.![hiha](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/roflmao.gif)
I am not a big fan of gas additives...for my 99 Chevy pickup, the wife's Audi A4, the motorcycle, ATV and especially the 911. A bottle of Techron from time to time, and that's it.
According to the website, it will be phased in at ALL BP gas stations by July of 2009...so it's coming to a pump near you.
Would love some substantial details about what's in it. Anyone have any ideas?

Since BP bought Amoco & destroyed an American brand built upon decades of loyalty to a quality product, I have refuse to send a dime their way. Not to mention their corporate strategy to ignore facility & pipeline O&M in order to make the numbers look good. Twits.
