Not enough details really. What is the history? Did it just get a new clutch, did it just get a new top end...etc?

I think around the 20 mark is the average.

$19-22, condition depending.

Sold my 88 last year for $20.5; 9/10, light mods (exhaust, suspension, 930 fuchs, 930S wheel, etc), current maint (valve adjustment, clutch) with just over 100,000 miles.

At 87K, you probably have a clutch replacement around the corner, although not necessarily a top end rebuild if the maint history is good, there is no evidence of valve guide wear and the leakdown results are within spec.
