Beautiful, just beautiful. I like the green trim with matching wheels on the white, and we won't even discuss the trunk! I believe you could eat off it its so clean.

Very nice.

It started as a 1975 911S (or Carrera 2.7 Coupe)? A 3.2L stroked to 3.5L? I guess I missed the brake package.

The workmanship is certainly stunning.

The final tab had to be in excess of $100K?

Vintage Racer....

It was a 2.7 Carrera coupe and we used Mahle 3.5 P+C's on a 3.2 block.............rebuilt the stock calipers and added cross drilled rotors......and yep....at my dead wholesale cost on all the parts and a break on the labor it was a bit over $100K......

g-50 cab....

911-964-993 spare....one of 7 left sitting in Germany....bloody thing was $400.

Paul.....

Megasquirt for now.........and probably going to a MOTEC system in the near future.

We got 326 HP on the first dyno run......tuning is next week......3.5 litre........3.8 RSR cams from Porsche Motorsport.....PMO injection......etc......etc....7,500 RPM........and 2,198 pounds with a full gas tank........

6 months and 6 figures....cost no object.....

It's Turbo fast....absolutely mind boggling.....and the sound from the MK muffler and SSI's is like standing beside the Mulsanne straight.

Enjoy.....
YYC,

My compliments to your shop! Great looking masterpiece.

Could you give us some details on the engine build at least...please? Also, in terms of what body style requires the least modifications for back dating to a 73 RS, does it matter which body you start with from 1974 to 1988? I mean do they require about the same amount of mods regardless of production year?

Thanks.

A 1969-1973 is a 911 LWB , small bumper car.
A 1974-1977 car is a 911 federalized bumper car.
A 1978-1983 is a 911SC federalized wide body car.
A 1984-1989 is a Carrera.

I guess it just depends on how much you want to seek the replication to a 1973 911 RS.

The driver's side is hard to replicate:

The rear is hard to replicate:

Do you want the original doors?

Engine compartment?

That is the 1984 chain tensioners on a 2.7L engine.

OEM seats?
