Does anyone have any experience working with these Road Scholar guys out of Raleigh, N.C.? They have some interesting stuff in inventory, but it's always nerve-wracking going to a new source for a car.

I know them very well. Kevin & Cam are well respected by the local PCA community and they are very active in the club. They will give you the a true story on a car. If you like, you can PM me with any specific questions. Their shop is on my way home, & I do not mind dropping in. They have perfomed work on my car.

I, too, have had experience with them, having bought an '87 Carrera a couple of years ago. They were very good to me, though the price was high, I felt I was getting exactly what they promised. I've been very happy with the car, and miss going by there to talk to them. They always have some very cool cars to drool over.
