Default Strange spacer problem

Can anyone help? To help me with my new 996 alloys I bought the spacers below to find that they don't fit the wheels - the PCD is 130mm but it seems slightly off as the wheels just won't fit on the bolts. They are a few mm off in diameter. Neither the new wheels or the fuchs will fit on them. Have I bought the wrong ones or have they been badly manufactured and just out of line somehow? They definitely won't take the wheels. What's happened?

Its a sign. Keep the fuchs are the lugs too big or are they just out of line all together? Either way sounds like bad manufacturing

So do the spacers fit on the wheel hubs and the wheels don't fit on the spacer studs?

Exactly. Guess they've just been manufactured by child-slaves in indonesia or some such. It sucks. Or should that be suchs. And don't worry, the Fuchs will remain as my second set for swapping around.

And I'll definitely be keeping them on for the 911&Porsche World photoshoot that my car's booked in for next week...oh yes
