Does anyone know where I can get these redone.

I had one cap's chrome cover layer (hand painted emblem) peel off.

If it is the chrome that came off, any chrome shop should be able to re-dip the chrome. the hand paint you can do yourself.

I would think that the automotive touch up paint that you can get at pep boys or track or any auto store would work. It's figuring out the colors that is gonna be hard. Once you get the color it's all down hill.
