not sure if its a straight swap but you could possibly replace the rear bumperettes with the smaller
euro-style ones

as spence said a "classic 911" must have bumperettes but the US ones are a bit big and ugly for my liking

Cheapest way to hide the accordians? Buy a black SC or Carrera. Can barely notice them than.
