1. Buy only from a seller with a positive feed back history and at least 30 selling transactions. If you are selling, this would also apply for a buying history.
2. Use paypal or credit card.
3. call and talk to the seller before doing the deal to make sure you have all information, probe for what he does for a living and how credible does he sound
4. does he belong to PCA
5.If you sell on ebay INSURE ALL ITEMS that you ship, even if you have to pay for the insurance.
6.If there is a negative feed back go thru his history and find out what happened
7. As a seller, get payment thru paypal, or Post Office money order. Post office money order is the safest.
