i'm the guy who came up with the procooler for porsche ac systems. i'm here to hopefully help answer any questions, make new friends and talk to some old ones.

Question

Hi,

I'm curious, what is a procooler? I have a 88 Carrera with non-functioning A/C. When it did function, it was marginal at best. Do you have a solution, perhaps?

thanks for responding. the procooler replaces your receiver/drier which is in the fenderwell (left)
while not a solution for a malfunctioning system. On a normally operating Porsche A/C which is marginal at best the Procooler can make significant improvements. i.e. 10-20 degree colder air, 75-100 lower operating psi on those 100 degree days.

Sounds kewl, (and cool) Ron.

Is there an Australian distributor for the Procooler? and do you have other Porsche owners that can vouch for it's bang for bucks performance?
