Im considering selling my car...would like about 14neg for it...Its more of a track/weekend car than an all original model.
It needs a headliner at the moment, mechanically excellent, new clutch, new tranny, and an all Euro 3.2L that was just checked out by Poprsche spoken here and was said to be in excellent running cond.

To put this in perspective, a good friend of mine and new member of this forum just bought a VERY nice 1988 Carrera Coupe G50, Guards Red over Black, with only 51K on the odometer, for $21,500. It is honestly the nicest G50 I have ever driven, and I've driven a bunch. The car was bought from a high end specialty retailer here in NJ (good folks). He bought it sight-unseen based on my recs and my mechanic's PPI. (If he didn't buy it, I might had had to...it is that nice.)
So, if $21,500 is a market for a great low mile G50 coupe in the right color, a worn out SC can be assumed in the low teens, I would say.

John: Now that you've seen an SC that appears to be a bad joke (a gray-market one at that!), check out my red '82 coupe in the Rennlist classifieds (ad #95 today), it represents the other side of the spectrum. Feel free to pm me with any questions that you might have.
Fall in love with red! Buy Pete's car! This would be a rare case where I wouldn't waste money on a PPI

Do you think they took pictures of the interior at the same time of exterior shots?
If so...the steering wheel is turned to the right, and the wheels are turning left.![Confused](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)
Good luck with your search...I would definitely take a look at Pete's Guards Red coupe. If I was looking, and I liked ***** Red (no offence Pete
), I would surely buy it.

Heh heh. I had never heard anyone call it ***** red before a couple weeks ago. My friend that has a couple nice porkers called it that. Guess it stems from the eighties and all the preps that bought them. One of my all time fave 911's I have seen in person was Guards.
