Ed, are you wanting to go north of your office or south. Going north on the 15 is bad going into Corona, the 15 south is also bad, and the 91 going west is the worst. So, if you want an insider trader kinda deal...my brother - in - law has a huge new house that has been empty for two years that is super clean and about 3 or 4 years old. It's in northern Corona out where the dairy farms use to be. you could rent to own, or rent, or buy it. He got an even newer, bigger, custom home on a bigger lot just up the street and just never sold this one. now he is hurting to get it sold or rented. Could be fun. Three car garage.....
