Default Priming Chain Tensioners

I can't find a clear procedure for priming the OE style tensioners on an '83 SC. The type with the bleed screw in the side of the body, not the pressure fed tensioners. Does anyone have a clear prodedure for this. I know the older style with the cup you use a wire to deoress the ball and pump with the cup filled with oil. However the newer style doesn't have the cup.

No priming necessary, those units are filled and sealed at the factory...
