Just a question. Is there a horn in this 930 steering wheel? I need one to pass NY inspection.

There is a horn. I found the instructions unreadable (they were in German) so there was a fair bit of inadvertent horn-honking until I got the horn wires hooked up right.

Note the spacer Pelican sells is eccentric, so it raises the wheel at TDC. It felt funny the first couple times I turned the wheel, then I stopped noticing it. The spacer also gives more clearance between rim and dash, and the raised wheel gives a better view of the gauges.

Finally, my 930S wheel had a very matte (flat) finish. This looked odd next to the satin dash, but a little neutral shoe polish on the wheel takes care of that, no problem.
