Default Having a Fit After a Porsche

This will be my last post about this topic, but thought I'd share with whomever I corresponded with during my three-year Rennlist life what I'm driving now. I'm really quite impressed with the car, and if anyone is interested in more details send me a pm.

2008 Honda Fit Sport 1.5L VTEC 5-Sp. 109 hp, 38 mpg., Megan Racing sport muffler, Tire Rack winter package with inexpensive Sport Edition wheels and Pirelli Winter Carving studded tires.

So, der Mond, there are only 2 relevant questions...
a) how long until you long for a 911?
b) how long until you can/will buy another?
(looks like a nice new machine - have fun & best-of-luck)

Now if you could only get it in VEN BLU MET you would be set. We went by Walter's Porsche tonight after seeing my mother in law and before stopping here at my sister in law's and saw the coolest looking colors, but nothin' close to VEN BLU MET.

Good luck with the FIT. What a grat looking car

38 mpg, really? And in the winter? So, is Honda seriously sandbagging?

My brother is pulling the same mileage with his Fit in the summer with A/C.

Only complaints about the car is the soft clutch feel and front mirror blind spots.

We bought the first Fit in Lexington for my wife in May of 06. It's a black 07 Sport and what a great car it is. It uses exactly half the gas that my 4Runner does and is pretty peppy for a 109hp engine. iPod hookup, good speakers, nice shifter, and it turns on a dime. We opted for a hitch-mounted Yakima since my wife is only 5'4". The oil is very easy to change and you can reset the maintenance lights yourself. My only complaint is that it needs a 6th gear for highway cruising. 80mph puts you right under 4K rpm.
der Mond I'd love to hear that muffler you've got. If you have any way of posting a sound clip on Google Video that would be great.
