20k seems high to me. I paid 14k for an 83 SC Targa and it needed no real work... and has 93k miles on it. doesnt leak a drop of oil. feels tight. documented new shocks. paint isnt perfect. AC doesnt work well. Was in boston. no rust (that i can find), all the upgrades (pop off valve), targa isnt perfect but its not in bad shape. Guess its all how you view a value.
