Post Wheel size question for 1973 911T

What are the widest wheel / tire combination that can be safetly used on a 1973 911T with out hitting fenderwells or requiring body work?

7-inch in rear and 6-inch in front. You can cheat it a tiny bit further with 944 Turbo Fuchs, which have a different offset, and allow 8-inch in back and 7-inch in front. The 944 Turbo wheels are hard to find.

Tire-wise, I think 225 is as wide as anyone fits in front (and not everyone can do that, even with the fender lips rolled up flush with the insides of the fenders. In back -- well, I don't recall. I put SC flares in the back of my 73.
