Can you please explain to me the difference between Cleaner/Polish, Polish, Wax and Glaze? They all kind of seem to do the same thing.
Thanks.

I am truly no expert but mostly you need to look at the difference in ingredients.

I'm no expert either but;

A cleaner would generally have some sort of detergent in it to help dissolve grease and dirt.
A polish would have a slight abrasive to help remove stubborn marks and help flatten any small irregularities.
Wax is used to build up an even layer, filling in irregularities to obtain a flat reflective surface.

For a panel etc to look it's best then it should reflect light evenly and from the same direction as much as possible. Any light that bounces off of an uneven surface will give a more matt look to a panel.

Like I said, I'm no expert but that is my take on it.

Go to Car Care Online . All will be explained. Each class of products have different strengths & weaknesses.
