Found another one of my PO's!
I did a search on Google and came across a name in a post from someone in the same location, so I emailed him..
He confirmed he used to own my car, and did confirm that it previously had a tail, which would explain why my badge sits so low...
Now to call the guys after him and inquire about the tail's location...

That's very cool! I tried contacting the owner 'before last' but couldn't get in touch with him. I called, e-mailed, etc. No response. Kinda' bummed me out.
Can't wait to hear an explanation on the wing!!!
