The 911 I have sent a deposit on is a '69 911S. suggestion was made to exchange the original headlights for the Euro H4's.What are the costs and is it a simple thing to change out?
Thanks Again!

Cost: ~$300 from Parts Heaven (no affiliation, I just like 'em). I believe this includes the paintable trim rings.

Paint: I dunno... ~$75

New Headlight seals... ~$15 (w/shipping! Cheap! Parts! Whooppie!)

Install: DYI... ~$0 Watch for rusted/stripped screws, bolts etc.

When you replace the lens, pay careful attention to the alignment of the screw. It goes in at an odd angle and is very easy to strip. Other than that, headlight replacement is very easy. If you add the city light feature on the euro lens, you will need to splice a small wire to the parking lights.
