I have a 1973.5 911T. I'm trying to find out what people have for a gold sticker in the second from the left space in the engine compartment. My car was driven for 5 years until 1978 and then stored until I bought it in 1988. When I bought it, it had gold stickers in all 6 spaces in the engine compartment and original factory paint. After a small hit, that area was repainted and the stickers replaced - all except #2. I was told then that there was no sticker listed for that space. I knew there was a sticker in there, but I didn't pursue it.
I'm looking into it now and am finding the same answer. Even the PET Porsche parts list doesn't list a sticker for '73. They show one for up to '72 only.
So, either (1) the PET is wrong and that sticker was used through '73, (2) the PET is wrong and there is another sticker that is not listed, or (3) in those 5 years the car was driven before I got it, someone decided that they did not like the blank spot and decided to put the '72 sticker in there.
Does anyone have a "73 car with their original stickers who can tell me what they have there in space #2 from the left?
Thanks.

Thanks.
Here is the only picture I've found so far on the internet, and it's the wrong year and I think the sticker in #3 is wrong. But, the sticker in #2 is the one PET shows through '72.

Ah, yes, I saw that picture. That's a great car. Congratulations.
Regrettably, I will have to say that the sticker you have in that space is the one for the larger square![Frown](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
I have that one from Performance. There is a similar one that is smaller that fits the square, but the parts lists only show it being used until 1972. The one you have in there is shown as being used from 73 on for the non-US cars and the 2.7 Carrera. But, I believe that for those cars, it was still placed in the third square.
