Hi John,

I just took the front screen out of my 76 AGAIN! I didn't remove the metal trim. Came out as a unit just fine. So far I've taken it out twice, both times by myself. And I've put it back in once, with a friend ,as Mo Gearhead sugested above.

I like to do things myself so that I know it was done correctly. If the screens were installed with the right amount of caulking compound that last time they were done, there wouldn't be the rust that DonMo is speaking about.

I'd rather pay for a whole tube of 'easycaulk' and clean 3/4 of it up later and throw it away, than have a business skimp on it to save a few buck over 20 windscreens

Frank,

It appears to be the original glass so hopefully the rust is minimal.

I'm leaning towards the DIY route now

John
