I'm new to this, but I paid 16k, 70k miles, excellent condition for my 82, but not all stock. The pressure fed tensioner upgrade had been done and the pop off valve had been installed. The exploding rubber problem wherever it occurs had been taken care of, the AC had been converted to R134, and the PO put on an OEM turbo tail and front valance on. From what I understand everything but the cosmetics are at least 1-2K to do, and should be done (maybe not AC). They say on this board to factor that into the price - so - I think if you could get it for 14K it would be a steal. Also, if you have to buy manuals, toolkit, OEM air pump for the sheer enjoyment of having a really complete car, those will set you back as well, if you can find them. These are awesome cars, enjoy!

If by "mint" you mean truly exceptional, I think it's worth a lot more than $14K. I recently saw an '82 with 75K that was really nice that was bought for $16K -- a truly exceptional car with 60K would be worth closer to $20K IF it's TRULY exceptional.
