Post Aircon Blower

I got my Aircon fixed a month ago.(hole in front condensor)however, here in Ft. Lauderdale I had to have the blower on full blast to get cool. Now the blower wont work. I presume the rotary switch
on the lower center panel is the blower next to the battery.I checked the Fuse, OK. is it possible to switch the Red relay with another (black) one to check it? any other ideas much appreciated.

The fan next to the battery blows air over the condensor. The fan that blows the A/C into the interior is located beneath the trunk floor, behind the spare tire, under a trap door. Either one can be unplugged and you can check for voltage at the plug with the A/C switched on. You can also supply 12 volts directly to the motors to verify if they're functioning or not.
