Default recognizing turbo tie rod

Does anyone have a picture I can use to identify if the tie rods on my 85 have been upgraded. Thanks Doug

Go to Pelican and look at the picture in their parts catalog. The old rod has a rubber U-joint. The turbo rod is a ball joint. The turbo ball joint is completely inside the rubber boot. The old rubber joint can be see outside the rubber boot. You can see it if you crawl under the car.

Where does one find this 101 projects. It sounds as important as the companion I had for the 964 (which my fiancee drove away in but left the book)
