I am looking to remove my rear seats and replece them with some sort of RS rear deck. I was wondering if ther is any known plans or info to produce these results. I have been told that the RS America rear decks are nothing more than plywood covered in carpet. I also understand the deck to be simply plywood w/carpet. Performance products & others used to sell a replacement for the rear seats that included 2 small, underneath storage areas w/doors. These were really no more than plywood w/carpet. I think Porsche offered a factory option similar to these. You see them at swap meets occasionally in the $125 range
